Consultation & Project Discovery
During our free consultation, we will educate you on the latest technology offerings and trends, and which technologies may be of interest to you depending on your performance requirements, aesthetic preferences, and project budget. During the project discovery, we will discuss your project in detail, room by room, with you and your project team. We will review floor plans, put together a "wish-list", and establish an approximate budget for the project.
Functional Concept & Systems Design
After our initial consultation and project discovery, we will develop a functional concept for how your systems will operate. Once we have established the functional concept, we will prepare a complete scope of work, bill of materials, pictorial schematics, and device location plans. We will then meet with you to present all the materials, make sure you understand what we are proposing, and get your final approval for the established budget.
Engineering & Systems Documentation
Once we have your approval and are officially retained for the project, we move on to engineering and systems documentation. We provide a complete documentation package, including wiring plans, TV, rack, and theater elevation drawings, load schedules, lighting circuit RCPs, voltage requirements, thermal dissipation and ventilation requirements, equipment schedules, cut sheets, and more. We take the time to meet with you and your project team, architect, builder, interior designer, to review all the materials and answer any questions.
Project Management & Construction Administration
Once we have "for construction" approval on our documentation package, we will closely manage your project until its completion. This includes attending meetings, visiting the site, and working closely with all subcontractors and trades to ensure the systems can be installed as designed and approved. During this process, we will provide you with routine status reports, and if any changes are required, we will notify you immediately for your approval.
Wiring & Infrastructure
We ensure all your low-voltage wiring is delicately and meticulously managed, tested, and terminated according to industry standards. For mission-critical operations, wire certification is performed. We work closely with architects and contractors to ensure all infrastructure items such as in-wall, in-ceiling, and in-floor brackets and mechanisms are properly located and installed prior to the walls being closed.
Installation & Deployment
As soon as the site is dust-free, we can begin with our equipment installation and deployment. Our industry-certified technicians will take the utmost care to ensure the site, and sensitive electronics, are not damaged. During this phase, all the physical equipment is installed or deployed to the proper locations.
We can provide highly customized automation programming to suit your lifestyle or project needs. Our programmers all have a collegiate technical background and are continually training and gaining new certifications to improve their skills.
Commissioning & Calibration
After the equipment is installed and the systems are powered, we begin our commissioning and calibration phase. Programming is uploaded, components are configured, speakers and displays are calibrated, WiFi surveys are performed, antenna locations optimized, heat maps are created, and much more. We stress-test the entire system before considering our installation complete.
Support & Maintenance
We provide ongoing system support, consisting of remote management, on-site system checks, routine upgrades, client and staff lessons, and 24x7x365 emergency service. For the lifetime of your technology, we are here for you. This includes coordinating and managing all your technology service providers such as cable, telephone, and alarm companies.
